Bery Homes is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in building luxury single family and townhomes in the DC Metro Area. Currently we are building in Fairfax, Arlington, Annandale, Springfield and Loudoun County.
Bery Homes develops luxurious communities with exclusive designs and styles. Our homes are specifically located in Northern Virginia’s top school districts and commuter friendly. Our homes’ finishing touches present a fusion of signature details and innovative design that highlight comfort, beauty, and craftsmanship.

Virendra Bery
Virendra Bery has over 35 years of experience in real estate property acquisition, development and construction. He has established several communities throughout northern Virginia as well as bay front areas in Ocean City, Maryland. Virendra’s area of expertise consists of building luxury, multi-million dollar estates, custom single family homes and townhomes. Virendra has broad knowledge of Virginia’s state and local building codes, regulations and policies.
Virendra resides in Clifton.
Amit Bery
A 2007 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in finance, Amit is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over five years of federal consulting relating to financial analysis, grants management, risk management and business process re-engineering as it relates to internal controls. Amit is well versed in the effective design of business processes and implementation of risk mitigation controls and tools.
Amit established Bery Builders in 2011. Since then he has built homes in Vienna, McLean, Fairfax, Springfield, Arlington, Annandale as well as Ocean City, MD.
Guided by his father’s vast experience and continuing role as an advisor, Amit’s strong foundation of experience in land development and custom home building provides clients with exceptional opportunities to own a home built for a lifetime.
